      @eddiie I've just tested this and I think you've actually unearthed a minor bug. For now, don't set active or standby temperatures in the "Heaters" section of DWC but use the "Tools" section instead.

      A bit fuller explanation for David's (DC42s) benefit (and ChrisHamm)

      This is with a Diamond mixing hot end - multiple extruders with a common heater.

      On the "Tools" section of DWC, active and standby temperatures can be set as expected. However, on the "Heaters section" setting the Active and/or Standby temperature appears to have no effect and the displayed values stubbornly read zero. However, if one then switches back to "Tools" view, the currently selected tool will have the value that was attempted to be set in the "Heaters" view.

      Similarly, the "Heaters" section does not "inherit" the Active and Standby temperatures for an active tool. That is to say, setting active and standby temperatures for a tool, making the tool active, then changing to the "Heaters" view shows the active and standby temperatures as zero, even though the heater is in fact heating up.

      My Firmware and web version as follows (should be latest stable) :

      Firmware Name: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet
      Firmware Electronics: Duet Ethernet 1.0 or 1.01 + DueX5
      Firmware Version: 2.02(RTOS) (2018-12-24b1)
      Web Interface Version: 1.22.5

      Edit. Simple version - the "Heaters" section of DWC always shows active and standby temperature for Heater1 as being zero (with a multi extruder, single heater, hot end) .

        @deckingman said in Expected Behaviour?:

        Web Interface Version: 1.22.5

        I don't know if this has been fixed in the latest, but there is a DWC 1.22.6 as part of the 2.02 release.

          @phaedrux Cheers. I try that - it's clearly a DWC issue and not the main firmware.

            Finally found time to upgrade to DWC 1.22.6 and can confirm that the behaviour persists.

            In summary the "Heaters" section of DWC always shows active and standby temperature for Heater1 as being zero (with a multi extruder, single heater, hot end) .

            It could be kind of dangerous as it is possible to set an active tool temperature in the heater section but not know that it has been set because the displayed value is always zero. It's not a problem if temperatures are always set using the "Tools" section of DWC.
