TEVO Little Monster + DuetWifi + BLTouch

Hello community,
I have encountered a problem that i simply can not get my head around. I have tried multiple solutions and the step by step guide; https://betrue3d.dk/bltouch-on-duet-wifi-duetreprapfirmware/.
The BLTouch i acting strange. I can perform a G29, a probe-test; M280 P3 S120 I1 and the BLT works as intended. However, when I want to print a part, with the following start g-code (after successfully doing the Auto Delta Calibration);G28 ; Home
G29 S1 ; Load mesh from previousI does not work. The effector moves towards the bed followed by a BLTouch that "clicks" (needle touches the bed). The probe does not retract and ends up going into alarm mode. I have checked the wiring twice and everything is fine. I do not know what is wrong i have tried different modes (Mode/Type of probe) P3, P5 and P9. White the same problem.
I have cleaned the pin in the BLT.I have attached the following settings:

G28 ; Home
G29 S1 ; Load mesh from previous- Do those commands work without deploying the BLTouch if you run them by themselves?
- Delete the M401 and M402 commands from your bed.g file. They are not needed when using BLTouch and they could be causing probems.

G29 S1
- I have tested G28 and G29 S1 in the G-code console individually without problems.
- I have now deleted the M401 and M402, setting the probe to mode P9, however the problemt stays the same.
I have tried a new Auto Delta Calibration, followed by a new print with the start g-code G28 and G29 S1, resulting in the same issue.

Please post the first 50 or so lines (excluding any comment lines at the start) of the file you are trying to print. I think something else in that file must be commanding the BLTouch to deploy.

And your G31 doesn't have an X and Y offset. That's probably where the Y20 belongs.@yeoman91 said in TEVO Little Monster + DuetWifi + BLTouch:

You've got a deploy probe command at the end of your homedelta.g. I don't think it should be there?
@yeoman91 said in TEVO Little Monster + DuetWifi + BLTouch:
deployprobe.g
M280 P3 S160 I1
M280 P3 S10 I1You may need to add a brief dwell command between the two servo commands, but really you shouldn't need to clear an error before deploying the probe when things are working correctly, so maybe try removing the S160 command. If you want to ensure error states are cleared first, add that S160 command to your config.g for startup, and the start of the homing files.

G31 P25 to P500
G31 P25 should work and provide quicker response time to a trigger, but if it works, it works. Glad it's sorted.
