Hall Effect Endstop 3.3/5 volt not working!

Unit is both 3.3volt and 5 volt. I do have the wiring corrected GN/V/END, getting a green light on the sensor itself.
Nothing else is modded in the wiring or the sensor.

With the sensor connected to the Duet endstop input, can you use a multimeter to measure the output voltage, when it is triggered and when it is not triggered?

Which Duet do you have?
