This is strange. I do have a somewhat powerful bed heater and I do get that message when I run heater tuning, but I don't ever get that message on power up like the OP. Is it a very recent firmware thing? I'm running 2.03 beta2.
Unless you connect to the USB port, you won't see messages that occur during the start up process, because there is nowhere for them to go.

Ahh OK. So all the OP needs to do is disconnect his USB cable?

Interesting, I do have a high powered heatbed, it is connected through a SSR. It is switched with the "Bed Heat" output. I have nothing connected to the USB port. Having a Duex conncected triggering the USB port?

Where are you seeing the message?
-
On the PanelDue console before the WiFi is connected.

That may be a clue as to why you see the message and I don't - I have a Duet Ethernet rather than the WiFi version. Perhaps it's something specific to the WiFi version - possibly because of some delay in establishing a connection whereas Ethernet connects faster? Just a guess...
-
Would like to add that I'm using the 4-wire connection on the PanelDue. The "Conn_SD" is not connected to the PanelDue.

I see these messages on my PanelDue as well at startup for my bed heater. No USB connected. DuetWifi. It doesn't seem to display at every power up though.
-
"DC42" stated that this is caused by the use of the USB port, since I'm not using the USB port on startup. I believe it is the PanelDue that is triggering the message by using the serial comm of the Duet. It's just a guess. I see it on every powerup, I just can not get the wifi to connect on every powerup.

The message is generated at power up, however it will not be seen unless either USB is connected, or PanelDue has succeeded in connecting to the Duet before the message is produced.
If the WiFi doesn't connect on every power up, that suggests low signal strength and/or interference. When it does connect, what signal strength does it show in the M122 report?
-
-40dbm it is 15 feet from the access point, Ubiquiti AC Pro.

That's a good signal strength, so it should connect unless there is strong interference from other devices (cordless telephones, baby monitors, microwave ovens etc.). You may wish to try setting your wifi router to a different wifi channel.
