PanelDue 7i came damaged

Has anyone else had this issue? My paneldue 7i came with sg1 on the front of the board riped off and the erase button riped off. Plus the ribbon cable riped.!!! Where’d you buy it from? Seems best to contact the vendor directly instead of a general forum, no?

@elmoret bought it from e3d was basically told to post here... Basically been given the run around... EXTREMELY upsetting from e3d..

@hnwhite I'm sorry that E3D have not processed your warranty claim correctly. They should have asked you to fill out a Warranty form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdXpbRCNxUc2j_OePtuWdwyKPJ9VEg2Ohq_80f-VCZ4SCJJ9w/viewform. That will come directly to us at Duet3D and we will then ask E3D to send you a warranty replacement. Please complete the form now and I'll make sure that E3D send you another PanelDue 7i right away.

Roland is Roland Lock and a Director of Duet3D Ltd.
E3D know that. So if Roland says that E3D should send you a replacement straight away, why are they playing stupid games with you?
