Rewired board, now endstops are reversed

I had to unplug and rewire my Duet 2 wifi last night. Now the X axis tries to "home" to the right side of the machine (opposite the endstop) , the Z axis homes down, but the BLTouch doesn't deploy (it does the clicky thing on startup). It appears that the Y homes correctly. I labeled everything, and there is really only one way for the cables to connect to the board. It is possible that I have the mains leads switched...could that be a thing?

Reversed mains could not do that. Reversed motor connectors would do that, but as you say they shouldn't be easy or even possibly to plug in reverse.
Could you have swapped X and Y?Not if Y is okay. Hmm. -
Just a quick update. Again, the Y homes correctly. Now the X axis stops about in the middle when homing. Each time I do a home, the print head ends up a few mm further to the right. The BL still doesn't deploy after its startup routine.

check your x endstop with m119 and maybe share your config.g and homeall.g files.

maybe i should have been clearer, test the endstop twice - with the axis (or something else) triggering the endstop, and once without.
reason I ask is when you say it moves a few mm each time I'm thinking your homeall.g file is skipping straight past the G1 S1 moves for X.

m119 brings back the same result for both scenarios.

That tells you the switch isn't working, it needs to change state. Double check the wiring, maybe try swapping X and Y switches and repeat the test to see if the problem follows the switch or the endstop input?

Well, before I swapped the switches, i just clicked the X switch a bunch of times and that must have knocked something loose and now everything is working. I AM though ordering a couple of replacement switches.
