RepRapFirmware already supports DLP printers using nanoDLP on a Raspberry Pi to do the imaging. A Duet is overkill for this application though! All it provides is the Z movement control, LED control, and any associated GPIO pin signalling needed to execute the move that peels the solidified resin away from the window. If you want to try it, see https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Configuring_RepRapFirmware_for_a_DLP_printer_controlled_by_nanoDLP.

A Duet designed specifically for DLP applications would be something like a Duet Maestro with only 1 or 2 stepper drivers and no network interface.
