@CaLviNx ok slightly confused about the SDcard and LCD panel, no longer needed right so dont bother trying to wire them in??
-
Correct it's now surplus to requirements,
You only keep the motors, the wiring to the motors x and y end stops, and everything going upto the hotend of course.
As there is TWO psu's wire the "laptop" style one to the duet then feed the signal for the heated bed back out to the chiron's on board mostfet and leave the psu that supplies it alone.

@CaLviNx okay last silly question is there a guide for using independent motor/drivers allowing the use of compensation too. i take it it is not the same as automatic bed leveling! Sorry a little new to this 3D stuff and got a bastard chiron riddled with issue out of the box. working to get it happy.

You need to follow the dozuki it covers exactly what you want, also if you examine the content of my config.g that shows you everything I did to get the Chiron up running including both z motor locations.
Here is a look under the hood of how I wired everything up

@CaLviNx ahaah..! so you removed everything but the Duet and the power board and wired everything direct. Got it. even removed the fan ?
So question, where did these 3D printed mounts come from for the Duet? and the Block mount for where the other wire p[anel head was you have a 3D printed cover on it. I guess its just treat it like a normal machine and wire it all direct then. I really appreciate the photo, it clear up alot of the questions. Also curious you mentioned Titan Aero ? What mount did you print? was if from thingiverse ? -

As for where ALL the printed parts came from, well they came from ME, I designed and printed everything because most of the things I have found on thingiverse are dimensionally inaccurate and the STL's turn out to be such a mess that they needs hours of fixing, so much so that I usually ended up re-drawing them so it made logical sense to just draw my own models up and that way I knew they were going to be right.
The Mount was one I drew up for an ender 3 that I modified to suit the Chiron as im using a Tita with a E3D V6 NOT An Aero. As you can see also I purposefully made the IR Sensor bracket to be a "weak point" so that if there a wiring failure or such like and the head goes nuts the IR sensor bracket will break away and not damage anything if it collides with the print.

@CaLviNx jeeeezzz you should post this on thingiverse
the mount i have from thingiverse for the duet https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3284835 was a no fit out of the gate, just wasted plastic. id be interested in your duet files if your willing to share them. looks like a great job. ive had to reply on thingiverse as im not CAD capable. embedded systems engineering is my strength, design nope.... right now im working on rewiring the bottom side based on your photo. great big help. the mount https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3154521 for my Aero is what i have currently planned.

Two problems with posting on Thingiverse....

Most of the files no longer exsist, I drew them up, printed them and I dont think I kept them, purely because they did their job and are no longer required, many of the simple brackets took just a few minute to draw up, I did this as I was wiring things up and worked out what I needed to do the job.

In all honesty I dont post anything I design on thingiverse, because I cant be bothered with the hassle, I have seen other guys post stuff that some people cant get to print, the people who cant get the part to print then bitch that the part is rubbish, so no im not doing that because I know the parts print for me, and that is all that matters.
Here is the latest copy of my operational Config files, please use at your own risk, what works for me may not work for you, please study them carefully
