PT-100 board v0.4 (bridge pads for 2 wire PT100's?)

Would it be possible to get a diagram of how we should be connecting a 2 wire PT100 to the v0.4 boards?

I've updated the instructions at https://duet3d.com/wiki/Connecting_PT100_temperature_sensors#Duet_WiFi to clarify them. I'd add a photo, but my only PT100 board is inside my delta and using a 4-wire connection. I'm useless at doing diagrams except hand-drawn scrappy ones, so I'll leave that for someone else to add.
