I am having an issue where sometimes my X and Y movements are split. For example, a travel from (0,0) to (100,0) will actually move from (0,0) to (50,0) then from (50,0) to (100,0). There is an acceleration and deceleration between each point.

      What could be causing this?

Do you have mesh bed compensation active with a low Z axis jerk setting?

Ah maybe I do. Is it that it's waiting for the z axis to catch up with the x and y moves?
