I can flash an older version of firmware? Affects to config.g or WiFi firmware, or something else?

With respect to config.g and wifi firmware, they may be affected; but you'll find the details in the whatsnew file along with the firmware version, except you need to start reading at the top and backwards instead of the normal from your current version and up.
