I purchased several paneldue 7I's recently. One worked fine. 4 of them did not. They would not be recognized by my Mac or PC. I struggled for a while and finally one of them was recognized. It was after I pressed the Erase button extremely hard.

So I tested the erase buttons with a multimeter (with the screen unplugged). Some of these buttons simply do not function properly. For the screen that worked fine, its erase button functioned fine. The others didn't. One or two needed to be pressed extremely hard in order to function. Others just didn't function.

I think if I just solder on a new button then it should fix the issue. Can someone tell me what exact button I should get on digikey to replace it?

Per the Eagle .brd file, it is a "DTSM-6" package. (Almost) Any of these should fit:

However... given how infrequently the erase switch should be necessary, I'd consider keeping my warranty intact by jumping (shorting) the pins for a moment.

@jml, did you purchase them from a genuine Duet3D reseller? If so then we need to take this up with our supplier.
