Hello, i just got a BlTouch and i have tried to look at the guied but i just cant get it to work.
first thing, is the Bltoutch suposed to replace the Z-limit switch all togethere ? i dont know if i like it if its suposed to. these are my settings, if anyone have some time over just to see what is wrong i whold be realy happy 🙂 i have a DuetWifi2 that i got maby 4 month ago, and i am using the pins as shown in the guide ba6b3f23-ca4d-4bd9-982f-b774d519e469-bild.png

my BlToutch in mounted on the hotend fan, might not be the best place but the only place i can right now.

        it is.
however due to the change from switch to bltouch a lot of changes are required in the config and the homing files. and it looks like you missed some.

i would suggest you create a new config in the configurator while inputing your old values.

        problems in your config

        M307 H4 A-1 C-1 D-1 ; disable heater on PWM channel for BLTouch
picture looks like heater3 not 4

        M305 P0 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 0
        M305 P1 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 1

B4138 is the default and wrong for your thermistors.

        M574 X1 Y1 Z1 S1 ; set active high endstops
you did not enable the z probe

so when you issue this command manually nothing happens?

there have been many reports with bad cabling on the bltouch side. check the crimp job of those wires.

And you're certain you're using heater pin 3 as the servo control pin?
And you're certain you have the heater pin 3 unbound as a heater in config.g?
And you're certain you have no commands for heater pin 3 in config-override.g?

As you are not using a DueX expansion board, you need to add parameter I1 (that's letter-i digit-1) to the M280 commands in deployprobe.g and retractprobe.g. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_a_Z_probe#Section_Software_setup_Duet_2_WiFi_Ethernet_running_RepRapFirmware_Num_2.
