      Hi .
      My setup is as follow.
      D-bot printer 300*300
I put the origin in lower left angle
so +X movement go to right
+Y movement go away from me
X home and Y home work correctly and the end stops are on the left ( X ) and upper right ( Y)
Z value are positive lowering the bed ( going away from the nozzle)
      When homed I have X0 Y300 Z0 Should Y be 0 ?
      Is this correct?

Normally, the front left is X0 and Y0. On my hypercube, I have the x endstop on the left and the y endstop on the front so when it homes, it reads x0, y0 and z0. Since you have the y axis homing to the rear it will read y300 when homed.

That all sounds correct to me. The purpose of homing is to establish a known position. That position does not need to be X0 Y0. Your Y homing switch is at the +Y end of the Y axis, so it is correct that Y is 300 after homing.
