Hi I am trying to use the R2 parameter of the M106 command. As far as I understand the sequence:

      M106 S0.5
      M106 P0 S0
      ...
      M106 R2

should set my Fan 0 to half speed then stop it immediately and then restore the half speed again when it is needed later. Unfortunately this is not what happens. The fan remains stopped. What am I missing?

      Thanks ahead

M106 R2 means restore the speed of the print cooling fan to what it was just before the most recent tool change.

M106 R1 means restore the speed of the print cooling fan before the most recent pause.
