Poll: Do you hand tweak gcode generated by your slicer ?

I am curious how many people find that their slicer is producing gcode that leaves a few things to be desired and then tweak those things ?
I am just trying to get a feel to see if this is common amongst gear heads and tweakers (as compared to Joe Average who prints a design from thingiverse and is thrilled no matter how it comes out).
