I used to have this setup working correctly. It started out as an Ender 5. I have each motor connected to the board (not in parallel). Everything homes just fine but when I start the print, the stepper on the opposite side of the limit switch keeps trying to raise the bed up. Is there a way for them to stop together? I don't know how I had it working so well before.

You have for each axis only one stepper configured see m584 for the z axis which you have 2 steppers you must add this stepper to m584 m350 and m569
