PANELDue7i not working & some fault in Duet 2 board.

Hi,
I got my Duet 2 Wifi board and the PANELDue 7i LCD few weeks ago. I opened my package 2 days ago. Then, I followed the getting started guide. I upgraded the firmware to 3.0. Reinserted my SD card into my Duet 2 wifi board and then followed Duet Web control setup. Then to check my PANELDue 7i LCD i made the wired connection as shown with USB and also tried with a small 12v 1.3A battery but none of these worked as my LCD backlight do turn as you in photos but nothing shows up on my PANELDue 7i LCD.
Also, my duet board sometimes disconnects randomly. I checked on YAT it is still showing firmware. Please suggest a solution or i like to get an exchange for Duet 2 wifi and PANELDue 7i board which what I have right is not intact or damaged.

It looks like you've erased the firmware on the PanelDue7i, you'll need to re-flash it.

I already downloaded the firmware files named Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin and then I deleted the existing file in the SD card. Then, I copy and paste the new firmware file mentioned above in the sys folder. Basically, I followed the link here. I can see the firmware version of my board when I connect to YAT but still, my PANELdue 7i LCD is not working.

Do you want me to retry the Fallback procedure#3? I already tried it once but no success.

It looks like you've erased the firmware on the PanelDue7i, you'll need to re-flash it.
As elmoret said you should reflash PanelDue firmware, not Duet board firmware.
