      Hi all,
Wanted to ask a silly question, since I'm living in the stone age of firmware here.
I'm still rocking the 2017 firmware of 1.19.2. What's the highlights I've been missing? 😄

One day my printer will work without making my life a nightmare :D

There was a similar thread thread not so long ago; one option that was mentioned was to use BOSSA to upgrade straight to say 3.00 release to avoid some of the caveat along the way.

However its not a subsitute for reading the change log like Danal said; although they can be found on a single page at
          https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/blob/dev/WHATS_NEW.md
          and then
          https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/blob/v3-dev/WHATS_NEW_RRF3.md

If your printer isn't too exotic you might want to start with a fresh config from the web configurator to save yourself from having to manually adapt it all. At the very least it would be worthwhile having a new config to compare against.
