Hi all I have an MKS tft laying around and I would like to use it with duet.
I found this custom firmware but I really don't understand how to compile it?
      https://github.com/robotsrulz/MKS-TFT
Also I can't understand how to connect it to the board, can someone give me some hints?
      Thank you
      Andrea

this fork seems to have a make file https://github.com/dobromyslov/MKS-TFT

By just looking at it it it would seem you connect the mks-tft to the paneldue header (but you need a 5v<->3v3 level shifter)

And you also need an programming adapter (st-link) to upload the firmeware to the mks-tft

I have the programmer st-link v2 chinese clone.
I used it long time ago and I forgot the way it works, Have I to use the bin file?
          This shifter could work ?

there were some binaries in a folder, but I can't say it was clear to me which to use, and what state the project is in.

can't say much about the module, from the description it should work, but so should two resistors dividing down the 5v tx from the mks-tft - however understanding what and why its needed would be beneficial to avoid damage.
