BLtouch problem with the trigger value

I have had problems with meshbed leveling for a week.
when I measure the trigger height from the BLtouch I have with
X10 Y150 a height of 0.658 / 0.652 / 0.655
X150 Y150 a height of 0.632 / 0.632 / 0.632
X290 Y150 a height of 0.835 / 0.840 / 0.830
I have the problem that despite mesh bed leveling the pressure on the left goes to bed and on the right is too high and does not hold.CoreXY
