UNFORTUNATELY I BURNED THE Y AXIS DRIVE BY CHANGING THE WIRES CAREFULLY.
I'M TRYING TO USE DRIVE E0 AS A SUBSTITUTE OF Y, ONCE I ONLY HAVE AN EXTRUDER (E1), I HAVE A DIFFICULTY IN SETTING UP THE Y AXIS ENDSTOP, SOMEONE CAN HELP ME, SOMEONE DID IT. I AM ASSEMBLED BLV CUBE. THANK YOU. DUET WIFI

Leave the Y axis endstop switch connected to the Y endstop input. Changing the motor assignments (using M584) does not affect the endstop connector assignments.
