Hard fault on printing
-
Hello everyone
I just got my duet 2 wifi installed. upgraded firmware to 3.0 stable.
M115 FIRMWARE_NAME: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet FIRMWARE_VERSION: 3.0 ELECTRONICS: Duet WiFi 1.02 or later FIRMWARE_DATE: 2020-01-03b3
I'm getting a hard fault anytime i try to print something. The heat bed will try and heat - but for about 10 seconds before the board resets. Each and everytime.
I was able to successfully PID tune both the hotend and heatbed, and both were able to get up to temperature correctly. The web interface, and everything else seems to be working correctly.
I've erased the flash and flashed with different versions of firmware using firmware fallback procedure 3 (bossa on Mac). v3.0 was the latest one. I've also flashed the firmware via web interface, no amount of firmware flashing/versions seems to solve this issue.
The hard faults only happen during attempts to print.

Additional info:
All drivers, endstops, thermistors, and z-probe are working and reporting correct values when testing individually. Board is also hooked up to a PanelDue 4.3.
The crash happens only when attempting to print my first print using the duet.

Please upgrade to firmware 3.01-RC11 and still if the problem still occurs.

Upgrading the firmware, wifiserver and dwc allowed me to finally print. I guess I did not properly flash 3.0-RC11 when I was testing. But confirmed it is working now.
