      I have to start all over again with firmware installation on my card, how do I do?

          If you mean the contents of the SD card, it looks.like this:

          The /sys files can be generated using the configurator:

          Depending on what Duet you have the /www files are either available on DC42's github or are installed as part of the firmware.
