      Sorry for the brevity of the post

      on power up BL Touch cycles, 12864 LCD shows then disappears then nothing

      Faulty SD card?

        The blue LED indicates that VIN power is present. So if it goes off, the board has lost VIN power.

          flashing would suggest maybe power supply is short circuit protecting, or loose wiring somewhere.

            @bearer @dc42 Would you believe it ended up being a corrupt SD Card.....formated a new SD card and restored my structure to the new SD and away it went.

            Bizarre indeed

              which blue led were you talking about? are there more than one blue led perhaps?
