Testing of new Duet 3 6HC with just Pi and main board connected

Any issues I need to be aware of if I power up without all the equipment installed?
I have a BigBox Dual I'm upgrading and I'd like to get the new hardware tested before putting the base back on the unit and then have to wire it up through the access port.

Just make sure the ribbon cable is connected and configured to pass power from the Pi to the Duet and you should be ok. But without Vin you can't test much more than just the basic communication (if you have Vin connected then you might want to leave the jumpers at the default settings which feeds power from the Duet to the Pi)
