Tool Fan always on

In my slicer I select no cooling on first layer, start on second layer, but as soon as I start the print the fan start.

Please post your config.g, tell us where the fans are connected, and what your firmware version is.
It sounds like you may have the tool fan configured as thermostatically controlled?

@Phaedrux I found my problem. My tool fan was connect on the wrong connector.
