DWC 3.2.0 beta-1 is ready!

While @devpeeps links to the official github he is not part of the Duet team. To add confusion a link to the repo and a comment about having to build it yourself misses that there is a build included with RRF 3.2b1:

@T3P3Tony, @Phaedrux Thanks for the clarification guys - I was beginning to wonder if the Duet team had expanded or whether @chrishamm had adopted another pseudonym.

I think the post was from a time when I had DWC 3.2-b1 mostly ready but when I had not finished my first tests. Of course the official prerelease can be found on the DWC GitHub repo, too: https://github.com/Duet3D/DuetWebControl/releases/tag/3.2.0-b1%2B2
