Extrusion factor?

Sooo yeah, i forgot to adjust the multiplier in my slicer before exporting and starting the print. And ofcourse i didn't see this before it had gone an hour or two.
So well, would adjusting the extrusion factor on the paneldue or dwc to 90% mimic having the extrusion multiplier set to 0.9 in the slicer? (the gcode was sliced with the multiplier set to 1 just for reference).
