help please

So Im in the process of converting a Chinese printer to duet. got most of my pieces finally so i can start assembling. nothing out of the packages until a few days ago. i get the pi connected, the the 6hc and the 3hc connected, go to hook up the paneldue 5i....white screen. no boot. i have tried to fix via the duet web interface, also with BOSSA on the pi and on WINDOWS. my duet web control version is 3.1.1

My problem so far is that i cannot get the pi or windows to recognize that the dev is plugged in (referring to the paneldue)

its a bit unclear, did you flash a new version with bossa on the paneldue?

Please try flashing PanelDue firmware 1.24 using USB and Bossa.

try different usb cables. some ppl had to try 18 different ones until they found one that worked.
