If you press the Erase button for one second and then press the Reset button, does the Bossa Port appear in the COM port listing?

Check the size of the firmware file you downloaded and are flashing to the Duet. It should be around 300kbytes.

After a successful firmware update, check how the Duet shows up in Device Manager. You may need to install the new device driver from https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/tree/dev/Driver before you can access it.

I will try in a few hours. I use 3 firms, 2 1.18 downloaded well with the same size and the last firm I have, 1.17.

I try another sd card and duet its rebooting when the sd card is present in the boot, if i put before no reboots but can use the comand M997 S1 or M552 S1 (this last makes a reboot)

Looks like you've made progress! Edit your config.g file, commenting out the M552 S1 line. Then it should boot up OK, with WiFi disabled. Then install new WiFi firmware by copying the DuetWiFiServer file to the SD card, renaming it to exactly DuetWiFiServer.bin, and use M997 S1 to install it. If you've installed main firmware 1.18.2 then the correct WiFi firmware version to use is 1.03-ch.

                          EDIT: you got there first.

No, with the config.g empy or with any caracter dont boot ok, always reboot. First thing i do was comment the m552.
Now i will put back the duet in the printer, prints like none has passed.
