Duet Mini + Toolboard 1LC questions.

Just received my Duet Mini and toolboard. Nice bit of kit.

1. What gauge of cable is reccomended for the power input into the toolboard.
2. Do I need a resistor on the Duet Mini End? (Forget that, Tony has just replied to an email!)
3. Temp1 and IO2 are they JST-ZH?
4. and to confirm - stepper is JST-PH?

1. I use 0.75mm^2 red/black cable.
3. Yes, so are IO1 and the CAN connector.
4. Yes.
