Where and when was the Duet 2 purchased?

Can you please provide the results of M122?

What error messages do you get if any?

Does the blue LED on the wifi module go out when you're having connection issues?

          Order #89981 from ooziest 31/3/2021

The unit was installed and instructions followed, no amount of trying allowed me to connect to the local wifi, followed the protocols suggested.
Note: this was a direct replacement board, the previous board worked fine in the communications area with wifi, it only failed on one of the blower fan outlets, all other aspects were ok.

As a final test the sim was placed in from this board into the new board, for about 10 seconds it connected to the wifi then dropped out, the existing aerial and the new were tried.

I also managed to get a connection with a hot spot from the phone, however this required the phone to be sitting on top of your new module and was not possible to connect to a computer.

At this point the cost o my time was to great compared to the time trying to get a defective board operating.

Exchanged back to the old board - this worked straight away, wit the original B lower Fan fault.

Please allow me to return this board as it is clearly faulty, im sure i have the legal right to do this!

          Regards

@rayhudson Also the original board that we only have running for two weeks also failed! This was due to a plastic jam on the plate that resulted in the blower wires being pulled ou=t from the motor and shorting, the on board fuses did not blow, however the power out to the No ) blower motor no longer works, shows 24v however does mot drive the motor, can we return this one as well. Iv currently put this one back on and running with B1 output, however this is not a solution as i have 2 printer heads
