How can I use the accelerometer on the duet3 6hc in standalone,
if I have no network and no display (paneldue)?
Is it possible to write a Marco that homing after a timer of 5 minutes and then the recording?
If you then switch from SBC again, you edit this function in Config.g.
      Would that be possible?

@heartleander81 you can send the commands over USB; but read the wiki page on avoiding USB ground loops first. Alternatively, put the commands in a macro and use a spare input and M581 trigger to execute it on demand.

@dc42 Is it normal for the accelerometer to whistle?

No! Are you sure it is the accelerometer whistling?

@heartleander81 you connect the accelerometer to the SPI pins on the temperature daughter board connector.

@dc42 I am embarrassed. Thought the Pi read the firmware data from the 2nd directory. But that was not the case, so I had the noise from the fan. I saved the Pi settings to create a standalone SD card. Now I just have to find out whether you move X and Y alone or together.

I suggest you collect accelerometer data for movements of just one axis at a time.
