Duet3mini5+ problem with sd card

Hi,
2 days after wiring and configuring duet3mini I have:

Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found
Check that the SD card is mounted and has the correct files in its /www folder

I connected with Yat and did M21 command:

I connect sd card to pc, and it looks normal.

Can you tell me what I should do now?
I bought my duet from filafarm.

There's no official statement from Duet team yet, but AFAIK they are investigating a potential hardware issue on a certain batch of Duet3 mini.

Its no problem. I like duet because of your support.

Im just worried that if I will have replacement from vendor, from the same batch, I will have same issue.
