Filament sensor on Duet 3, extruder motor on Tool board

HI,
Today I tried to install my BTT rotating filament sensor, nut no luck
I want to connect BTT sensor steady in the electronic department out of the heat and so I choose Io3.in pin, but there is an error during the config

M591 D0 P7 C"io3.in" L7 R50:200 E15 S1 ;configure BTT smart filament sensor
Error: M591: Filament monitor port must be on same board as extruder driver

Any workaround, except wiring the sensor to the head
Duet 3 , tool board v1.1, Running RPF 3.3 rc3

@martin7404 not currently. Its a case of put it on the toolboard or wait to see if the restriction gets removed in 3.4

@martin7404 this restriction is not likely to be removed. The filament monitor support firmware needs to get a real-time step count in order to compare measured vs. commanded extrusion.
