Hi, I know this has been asked before but I couldn't find any recent information. I'm planning to use 5 external servo drivers as well as 2 closed loop extruders on my 3d printer. At this point using expansion boards becomes unwieldy, so I was hoping to find out if there are still plans for an updated mainboard the connects directly to external drivers? Thanks in advance.

Anyone at all? It would be nice to go with a duet 3 but the idea of having half a dozen expansion boards is not the best.

@anvoice i believe the last update from DC42 was next year for a Duet 3 just for external drivers

Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

@jay_s_uk ok, thanks! I'll assume that for now, but if there are any updates I'll be glad to hear then.

@anvoice we've started the design, so I expect we will have prototypes in October, and all being well production will start around the end of the year.
