Your command isn't correct. You're missing the pin name. You need:
M558 P9 C"^io7.in" H4 F120 T6000
Change that and send M98 P"config.g" again.

Where are you uploading it to? Should be the system tab.

@phaedrux Yeah I am in system tab and hit "upload system files then select the zip files which uploads them but when rebooting and running M115 no change.

Are you uploading the zip file as is? Don't extract it first.

@phaedrux Yeah I upload the zip as it is from my downloads and it uploads a load of items then restarts and M115 gives me the same output that it is still on M115
