Delta endstops trigger but dont stop homing movement
-
so I have spent the evening converting my Anycubic Predator Delta to a Duet 3 mini and have ended up a bit stuck.
when I try to home all the 3 towers drive to the top but the motors dont stop when they hit the endstops....
M119 and object model in DWC show the endstops trigger when hit.

I havent got to heaters and such yet just trying to get the basic movement working first.
I think I read something about disabling the Z probe when homing a delta but cant find it again but i am out of ideas as to why this isnt working - I must be missing something.
could one of you point me in the right direction?

Everything you need to know about delta setup can be found in these two documents.
https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/ConfiguringRepRapFirmwareDeltaPrinter
https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Calibrating_a_delta_printerIt sounds like maybe your endstops aren't matched up with the towers.
-
@phaedrux that sounds likely. Re-reading the above this morning I think I assumed they would be clockwise not anticlockwise so that will have messed things up..
Off to check and hopefully will soon be up and running

@phaedrux said in Delta endstops trigger but dont stop homing movement:

that was it exactly. the X was where I expected but I had the Y and Z swapped.
all sorted and the fun continues - thank you for the help
