      hi all i need some help i have got the tool board and duet3 im trying to wirer up the two toegther but have come across a problem

      the wiring diag on the duet 3 and tool board do not agree with each other
      ir socket on duet says
      Can 0L
      can 0H
      can 1L
      can 1H

      the tool board just says
      can L
      can H
      can L
      can H

      where do you connect 01 too

      i hope that somone here can in fact help mad dificalt by having two diffrent conector on each end so you cant just pruche a ready made lead

      so i have to make one

          @t3p3tony so i only need to connect pins 3and 4 on the toolboard i have the latest with the 120 bridge pins shorted and connect them to pins 3 and 4 on the duet3 so their is only realy 2 wirers connected

              The # character is meant to represent the CAN address of the tool board. So if you are using the default address 121 for the tool board, send: M115 B121

                i am asking what i need to do in the config file so to get everything to point to the tool board im a bit of a noob and a bit lost many thanks

                  Your toolboard and main firmware are not the same.

                  You should probably be using 3.3 all around.

                  Upload this zip file as is to the system tab in DWC
                  https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.3/Duet2and3Firmware-3.3.zip

                  and then check the installed versions with M115 and M115 B121 again after rebooting to see if it took.

                  If it did, great. If not, upload the zip file again and check again. If it's just the toolboard that isn't updating, send M997 B121 to flash the toolboard.
