      Hi,

      One of my Duet3D tool boards started having a heater problem after it collided with one of my printer's other tools about a week ago. All other components seem to be fine except the heater - it seems to turn on as soon as the printer gets power, and the heating constantly increases the nozzle temperature. I just updated the firmware to 3.4.0beta4 (previously 3.4.0 beta2) but the problem remains. Could anyone help me troubleshoot the problem?

        @jay there is probably physical damage, can you send a picture of the board please.
