I have a new duet wifi 2 board and the bed was heating up and thermal runaway as soon as I turned on the printer I'm building. Come to find out the heater light stays on when the SD card is removed. I'm thinking the the board is defective. Anyone else have input? There are now wires hooked to the board and SD Card removed. Thanks, Larry

There are several reason this could happen that would not be caused by a bad board. Can you post your config.g and a sketch/picture showing your wiring for your heat bed and ssr?

With the SD card removed there is voltage on the bed heater output as soon as VIN is applied?

When and where did you purchase the Duet?
