Integrating closed loop stepper motors to a duet wifi and duex5

I want to upgrade to closed loop stepper motors with external drivers and encoders. but not sure how to wire them up. anyone have a clue on how to do this or if it is even an option. My build is a corexy with 3 independent z motors.
