Hey, I'm having a really weird error with my Duet Wifi board.

When I want to upload larger files from Prusa slicer, I get a connection error and the upload stops.

I also have the printer equipped with a relay that can turn it on and off.
As soon as the connection is cut, the printer switches itself off, so sends a M81.

I have 4 printers with the same boards and the same firmware only with this printer it does not work....

I have also changed the firmware to a newer and an older one, the error remains, even with a different PrusaSlicer version.

Firmware is Board: Duet 2 WiFi (2WiFi)
      Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.2.2 (2021-02-11)
      Duet WiFi Server Version: 1.23

i hope someone can help me, i use the printers professionally and just can't work like this.

@mauricem I'd guess an SD card problem, but the turning itself off is odd. Send M39 to report SD card size, free space and block size. Send M122 to show diagnostics. Post both here. Post your config.g too, so we can see how the relay is being configured.

@droftarts oh man, why I have not thought of it myself, I have now taught the SD card, there were many files on it, as it looks it works now for now. I'll test this further tonight and let you know.
