THE DATASHEET for your stepper motor driver says:

Enable signal: This signal is used for enabling/disabling the driver.
High level for enabling the driver and low level for disabling the driver.
        Usually left UNCONNECTED (ENABLED).

You do not need to connect any wires from your Duet to these connections.
The stepper motor drivers will be enabled all the time and your stepper motors will have some torque holding them stopped when you are not moving them from the Duet.
