      Hi, everyone,

So, I recently updated to 3.3 and just now to 3.4, and after the 3.3 and I encountered this problem; I print the regular XYZ test cube 20x20x20mm and the thing is that it comes out 16x16x16x20.
Thought it was the steppers and that maybe something got mixed in the update and I reconfigured everything using the RepRap config tool but still no deal. Any ideas on why this is happening?

      • I reconfigured it (reprap tool)
      • changed 3 filament spools just to test that it wasn't that
      • tried cura and slic3r

I'm running a Duet 2 wifi on an Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus with a bondtech bmg extruder. Changed the stock rods to 286mm ones. Custom effector.

I repeat. This config worked 2 days ago on 3.3, no problems. Then after a recalibration, i saved the new settings I got from m665 and m666 and that's about it.

      here is my config

@andreic you either need 100 steps per mm or something strange is going on with your M665.
Can you post your config override?
Do you know how many teeth are on your motor pulleys?

Yep...forgot to mention I also tried configuring for 100 on steppers, but that just messes everything else when it comes to measurements, and wasn't able to get it to print like this. And like I said printer worked for at least 1 full year with those settings without problems.

          this is the config.bak

@andreic ah, just assumed you'd have one after running G32 and saving the settings.
Can you post an example gcode file? might have to change the file extension

                    @andreic that gcode looks correct.
do you have your old config?

unfortunately, I don't have the old one that worked but I'm pretty sure that it wasn't different. 😢

@andreic did you tried to reinstall the previous version so you can check if it is something related to the fw or the config file?

Yeh...I finally gave up trying to fix it and reset everything and reinstalled everything from scratch (software-wise)... works fine now.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. Cheers
