Could I split off the X-motion of a Delta and send it to a moving bed?

Background: I want to install a CO2 tube in a dual effector Delta frame, but do the raster engraving with a moving bed.
The idea came, because everyone is complaining about adjusting the mirrors in a conventional CO2 laser frame.

@o_lampe it would be a custom kinematics.

Thanks for the tipp! For Delta Calibration I would apply the common kinematics and then switch over. I could try that on my Delta printer...

//edit Would also be nice with a conveyor belt: engraving/cutting long work pieces
