Re: Error:short-to-ground/over temp shutdown reported by driver 0

Full error message: Driver 3 error: over temperature shutdown, phase A short to ground, phase B short to ground

I am having a similar issue, and tried the troubleshooting steps suggested here. How can I proceed to get a replacement board?

Well it would help to give some more detail about what's happening and what you have actually tried and discovered.

Is this a new install? Or was it working previously? If it was working previously what has changed recently? What happened right before it stopped working?

It says over temp shutdown. Are the drivers actually hot?

Short to ground on phases usually means what it says and the wiring is incorrectly. Have you verified that the motor phases are wired correctly?

How are the motors configured? Please post your config.g. What are the motor specs?

Which Duet board and firmware are you actually running? Please send M122 and M98 P"config.g" and copy paste the results here.

When and where did you purchase the Duet?
