I had a short circuit that damaged my mother board, I changed it,

Did you change the Duet board for a new one?

        Driver 9: temperature-shutdown! short-to-ground

Do you have a motor connected to that driver?

@phaedrux yes, I changed it and connected everything, but it gives me that error and it shows the temperature in bed and hotend in 2000

Can you post your config.g file? What firmware version was the old board running?

The firmware version reported version 2.03RC3 is quite old. Perhaps you were running a more recent version on the old board. Either way, you should update the firmware.
