Input Shaper analysis

Ok I have done my fist Motion profile. But I am having touble understanding what I should do next
looking at this profile. If the goal is to flatten the curve, than looks like EI3 (Purple) is flattest -
First, suppress the Z axis display, it adds nothing but noise in most cases (see dc42s comment below).
Second, check the "Estimate shaper effect" check box on the left hand side.
Third, change the shaper frequency to about 30Hz.(also, as I said in the other thread, you have multiple peaks which indicates something is loose. Check all bolts and make sure any wiring is properly strain relieved and that the umbilical to the print head isn't dragging on either end)

Another hint: if you normally use mesh bed compensation, disable it (G29 S2) when taking measurements using the input shaping plugin.
The Z axis display is relevant for some machines, for example the E3D tool changer with heavy tools.
